Welcome, I am deeply and completely honored you are here.
I weave hypnosis, somatic practices, and nervous system support for meaningful inner transformation.
My name is Rachel Faith Currie. Many people know me as Willow Faith.
My work lives at the intersection of hypnosis, somatic awareness, movement, and nervous system education. I guide people into deeper relationship with themselves — their bodies, their subconscious patterns, and the quiet intelligence that lives underneath the surface of everyday thinking. I didn’t arrive here through theory alone.
My path into this work came through lived experience, curiosity about the mind, and a deep reverence for the body’s capacity to heal and reorganize itself when given the right conditions.
Over the years I’ve trained in multiple approaches including hypnosis, NLP, trauma-informed yoga, somatic practices, mindfulness, and neuroscience-informed coaching. What matters most to me, though, is not the list of modalities — it’s the way they come together in the moment with each person.
Every session becomes its own experience. Sometimes the work looks like gentle guided hypnosis and subconscious repatterning. Sometimes it’s movement, breath, or simply learning how to listen to the body again. Sometimes it’s space to feel something that has been waiting to be felt for a long time. I believe transformation happens when people feel safe enough to be honest with themselves and curious enough to explore what’s possible.
The containers I offer — whether group workshops, yoga classes, or private sessions — are designed to support that kind of exploration. They blend science, intuition, structure, and creativity so participants can access both deep relaxation and meaningful shifts in how they experience their lives. People often leave sessions feeling calmer, clearer, and more connected to themselves. Many also walk away with practical tools they can use long after our time together.
At its heart, my work is about helping people reconnect with their own inner guidance and capacity for change. Because when the nervous system settles and the subconscious begins to cooperate with our intentions, life can start to move in surprising and beautiful ways.
